Wall Concrete Panels

Wall concrete panels — timeless design in architectural concrete

ConcreAte — a manufacturer of architectural concrete and GRC — creates wall concrete panels that have been trusted by architects and investors for years. Each panel is handcrafted using a proprietary formula, making it as unique as a fingerprint — with an unrepeatable arrangement of pores and aggregate.

Our decorative concrete wall panels work perfectly in both private and commercial spaces. Living room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway, office, hotel or restaurant — architectural concrete gives interiors a raw, modern character while maintaining warmth and elegance.

Wall Panel Colours

ConcreAte concrete panels are available in four mass-coloured options. On request, we can produce decorative concrete in a colour tailored to your project.

ConcreAte Pure — white architectural concrete for walls Pure

Pure

The lightest option — white architectural concrete that brightens the interior and emphasises minimalist character.

ConcreAte Common — natural grey decorative concrete Common

Common

Natural grey architectural concrete — the classic shade of raw concrete, the most versatile and timeless.

ConcreAte Ash — dark grey architectural concrete Ash

Ash

Dark grey decorative concrete — a subtly darker shade that adds depth and expressiveness to the interior.

ConcreAte Sable — anthracite dark concrete for walls Sable

Sable

Closest to black — anthracite architectural concrete that perfectly highlights the character of loft and industrial interiors.

Wall Panel Dimensions and Thickness

ConcreAte wall concrete panels are produced in standard 120×60 cm dimensions and custom sizes — from small formats to large-scale panels up to 120×300 cm.

The minimum wall panel thickness is 1 cm (GRC technology with glass fibre reinforcement). Standard thickness is 2 cm. Thinner GRC panels are lighter, making installation easier and reducing wall load.

GRC Technology — Lighter and Stronger

Our wall panels are produced using traditional technology and GRC technology (Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete) — architectural concrete reinforced with glass fibres. Thanks to glass fibre reinforcement, ConcreAte panels can be significantly thinner and up to 3 times lighter than traditional concrete while maintaining high flexural strength (above 6 MPa).

GRC technology enables production of thin panels (from 1 cm) in large sizes that are easy to mount on walls without overloading the structure. The material is frost-resistant, fire-resistant (class A1) and mass-coloured.

Wall Panel Installation

ConcreAte wall panels are installed using polymer or polyurethane adhesive directly on a prepared substrate. The wall should be primed before installation.

Heavier panels (3 cm thickness and above) may require additional anchoring with stone anchors. After installation, we recommend hydrophobic impregnation — especially in bathrooms, kitchens and other moisture-prone rooms.

Architectural Concrete Care

Impregnated wall concrete panels are easy to maintain. A damp cloth is sufficient for everyday cleaning. Impregnation protects the concrete from absorbing water, dirt and stains while preserving the natural appearance of the material.

Architectural concrete ages beautifully — over time it gains even more character without losing its functional properties.
